Outdoor installation
1. Use iron square tubes as a skeleton. With a thickness of more than 3-4mm 60×60cm iron square pipe as the skeleton, the skeleton interval is 60×25mm, the column main keel and secondary keel spacing is 40-60cm, according to the size of the plate shall not exceed 1200mm.
2. Fix the base plate on the keel. After the keel is adjusted and corrected, the main and secondary keel links are reinforced and welded, the base cement board or calcium silicate board is used as the base, and the plate is fixed on the keel with self-tapping screws. The fixed screws are 5cm away from the edge of the plate, the screw spacing is 15cm, and the thickness of the base plate is recommended to be more than 9mm.
3. Attach decorative board to the base board. Use the saw blade to cut the cement board to the required size and glue the back of the cement groove board and the base board.
4. Secure with wooden wedges. Before the glue dries, secure the cement troughs with extra screws or small wooden blocks at the gaps to prevent the cement troughs from displacing or falling off. The holes left after fixing are repaired by mixing the fine powder of cut cement board with 801 construction glue.
5. Finished effect. Brush the protective agent twice after cleaning the surface of the cement drawing plate without dust and stains, and brush at high temperature at noon to shorten the air drying time and improve efficiency.
Indoor installation
1. Smooth the base wall surface. The inner wall of the base can be levelled with keel, and the wood board or plywood can be laid after the leveling, and the thickness is more than 8mm. After the base is done, the board is cut into the required size with the saw blade of cutting stone, and the edge certificate is without burrs.
2. Apply glue to the back of the cement tray. Put glue on the back of the cut cement drawing board. The distance between a circle of glue and the edge of the board is 2.5cm. Glue in dots every 8-12cm in the horizontal or vertical direction.
3. Attach the cement trough plate to the base plate. Glue the cement groove board on the base board, and reserve 3-4mm gap between each board.
4. Secure the cement troughs with wooden wedges. Before the adhesive of the cement drawing plate is dry, fix it with a small wooden wedge to prevent the plate from falling off or displacing.
5. Apply cement protectant. After the glue is dry, remove the wooden wedge, beautify the gap with caulking agent, sand the cement drawing board gently with fine sandpaper, and then wipe the dust and stains on the board with a rag, and brush the cement protectant twice.
